What are your lead times?

We are a small furniture studio, everything is made to order. On average, from the time the deposit/payment is received, we are able to deliver between 14-18 weeks. Complexity of the design and our current workload will affect average lead times. Please inquire about current lead times if timing is a factor.


Do you provide samples?

Yes. Upon request, we can provide samples. Our standard wood type and powder coated metal samples are usually in stock and readily available for you. We also have a swatch book of many powder coat color options that we would be happy to share with you.

If you are requesting a sample of something that is out of the ordinary, there will be an added fee.


How do I care for my new piece of furniture?

This is dependent upon the type of finish used on your piece, so we will provide you with care instructions specific to your piece of furniture, upon delivery.

That being said, there are a few general care guidelines for all wood pieces, regardless of finish type:

  • Do not expose the wood to extreme hot or cold temperatures (use coasters and trivets).

  • Wipe up moisture immediately, standing water and steam will harm the finish.

  • Do not use harsh chemical cleaners. To maintain cleanliness, use a mild soap and warm water, then wipe dry.

  • Wood responds to changes in humidity and temperature, so we recommend maintaining consistent humidity and temperature levels in your home.

  • Regular sun exposure can change the hue/tone of the wood. To avoid color variation around items placed on the furniture, rearrange items on its surface often.


Do you accept returns?

Since all of our items are made to order and we put a lot of care and time into each piece we make, we do not accept returns. We prefer to put the work in up front to make sure the piece we are making for you, is the absolute right fit. Please ask as many questions as you need before placing your order with us.
